I miss having a best friend. Where did my best friend went to? Well, we're still friends but just hi and bye kinda friend. I have close friends but I need a best friend. My best friend doesn't treat my like one anymore. No matter how hard I try to preserve it, treasure it I think it just doesn't wants to continue. She's just not the same anymore. I know Im the same old shafa she knew since we were 10yrs old. Everytime I called, she's just to busy to entertain me. Did I do something wrong? We got separated at sec school but we still stayed close contact. I still remember how we used to send birthday cards, presents, come to each others house, sending letters through snail mail even though we both know there's the phone. I even remember our friendship color. Its yellow and purple. I still keep all those memories you know. Even both our parents practically know each other. I felt so sad that the last time I met you, we didn't talk as much. The more I tried to talk, the more you would stick to the others.
I think that maybe now I just need someone to pour out my feelings and my problems. Someone like her. Someone who will stick with me through thick and thin. Someone who can bear listening to me talking about boyfriends, about my miserable life and everything 24/7 without even complaining. Someone who just isn't close to me at one point of time and the next they just push me at one side. Someone who I can call anytime of the day, even at 3am in the morning and they will still pick up without complaining and accompany me the rest of the night. Someone who will travel to the other side of the island just to see that Im okay even though they may be so busy. Im willing to do likewise for them but I guess they just think the other way round.
I guess, I lost you. I won't be able to find someone like you. Eventhough we are not as close as we used to be, I want you to know that whenever you need me, Im here.
