At the kopitiam at my workplace, there's this strawberry that works there part time.Yesterday, as per usual, I went down to buy food for lunch. The kopitiam guy was working. Fine. I didn't took much notice la and went on to buy my food. Then, when it was my turn...
"Nasi bungkus?"the kopitiam guy said.
"Ah2."I replied.Then started pointing to the dishes that I wanted.
"3 lauk jer? 3 lauk $3 uh gitu.."Kopitiam guy said.
"Huh?" I was abit blur la cause I was hungry.
He laughed. And I just smiled.
"Tak dapat discount tau.."kopitiam guy said to me when I passed him the kopitiam card.
"Alek keje kul brape?" He continued.
"Kul 10 eh?"
"Takla, kul 3.." I said.And he asked again. And so I replied again.
Then, after payment, he smiled. And so I smiled back and went off.
Going home time.I changed to home clothes cause I had to go somewhere. Decided to take the train to City hall with farz. At the platform, I noticed a familiar looking person sitting down there alone and looking at us but of course we both ignored him. As we sat down in the train, that same strawberry sat in front of us. That was when I realised, its the KOPITIAM GUY again. This time in outside clothes. Not that bad.. I thought.He sat down and smiled. I was so paiseh sia. Haha! Told farz and we couldnt stop laughing.
Today, I went to kopitiam again. Actually felt like buying Mee rebus but cannot cause it was the kopitiam guy's stall. So bought Mee soto instead. As I was ordering, the kopitiam guy kept looking at me. Can see from the side of my eye. Then I turned to look at him la. He smiled. Haha! Gotto admit, he looks quite cute.Then, as he smiled got this pak cik standing beside him looking at me. I don't know who la. His dad or uncle or whoever. Then he kept looking and smiling. I was sooo paiseh. Then I went back to the card counter to change back the card and I noticed he was still looking at me!! Then after I got my name tag and change back, i started to walk off out of kopitiam but of course, I looked back la. Haha! And he waved!! My goodness. Not small, shy wave you know. Its tak tau malunye wave. Hahaha! But I was happy. Thats my new motivation for work now! Weee~!
